By accessing or using the Big Shot Lotto lottery service (*323#), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to participate in lottery games in your country to use this service.
As of now, the *323# service by Big Shot Lotto is only available to users on the Safaricom network. Attempts to access the service from other networks will not be successful.
To play, dial *323# on your Safaricom line and follow the prompts. Select 'Play' and choose one box from options 1 to 5. The winning box is randomly selected after the draw period.
Winning players will be notified via SMS. Payouts are processed through M-Pesa to the Safaricom number used during play. Please ensure your number is active to receive any winnings.
Big Shot Lotto reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts that attempt to manipulate or abuse the system. All draws are generated randomly and subject to independent audits.
Big Shot Lotto is committed to protecting your personal data. Information collected is used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Big Shot Lotto shall not be held liable for losses resulting from technical issues, service outages, payment failures, or user errors. Participation is at your own risk.
